About the Author
Hi! My name is Katie Inch and I’m a preschool teacher and toddler mom who is super passionate about early childhood education. I have a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Virginia and a BA in English from George Mason University, so this blog is an amazing way for me to combine my love of education with my love of writing. For seven years I worked as a preschool special education teacher in the public-school system, and I am currently a preschool teacher at a private school. I love teaching, I adore my students, and I love being a mom. My favorite things in the world are spending time with my son, who will be 2 in September of 2020, and spending time with my 3 and 4-year-old preschool students.
Toddlers and preschoolers have an incredible way of exploring the world with such wonder and curiosity, and nothing is better than seeing their eyes light up when they’re introduced to a fun new activity or master a developmental skill.
